The company owner, Martin Untch has been involved with horses for many years. He owned and operated Rolling Meadows Ranch in Northeast Ohio for 25 years, producing many quality performance and ranch working quarter horses. Marty has been around horses and cattle most of his life, which coupled with his construction knowledge, makes M. A. Untch Ent. Inc. a very good choice for your agricultural building needs. 

Our company received the opportunity to assist in the design and construction of a hurricane-proof horse barn in Naples, FL. This structure is a heavy duty post & beam Pole Barn designed to withstand the local hurricane zone wind forces. We worked closely with the owners of the facility, as well as with Arno Design Studio and American Engineering of Naples FL to finalize all construction design and detail.

We recently completed a unique river front two-story home in Olga near Fort Myers Shores. Currently under construction is another custom water front home. We also have blueprints for future homes available.
