M A Untch is one of the last real “ old time “ builders left around. Marty Untch personally holds all the licensing and qualifies the company. We don’t use a fictitious fancy name; we’ve operated under the same name for 31 years. Our clients know who they are dealing with from design to finish product....and that would be Marty Untch.

Marty started the company in 1983, and at that time had 10 years of construction experience under his belt. Marty is the president & CEO of the Company, and personally works on every project. He is a 42 year journeyman carpenter, equipment operator as well as skilled in masonry, concrete and red iron. His background is also extensive in building design and detail drafting. Marty offers years of experience and knowledge to his clients in both commercial buildings and quality residential homes.

We are “ custom builders “ , not builders of mass produced homes that are all the same. We thoroughly enjoy working with clients from the design concept to the finish product.
